To ease vulnerability and save the lives of at least 1.67 million vulnerable emergency-affected persons during disasters through the provision of food aid & other emergency relief support such as PSNP.

Human capital should be invested through skills and professional skill training opportunities enriched with social services package provision of basic infrastructure, working health facilities, and micro enterprises. Also, GARAD will engage youth (female/male) empowerment to entice employment and peace advocacy.

GARAD will participate in national and international consortium associations and promote contacts to seek development-oriented partners interested in working with the GARAD Organization together and other entities willing to support the demands.
